Hosting our maiden Johannesburg supper club this December. We are running back what we brought to the table (patafura) to our Joburg foodies, an intimate gathering of 24 guests experiencing a collision of Southern and West African cuisine as led by our lead chef and founder Chef Kudakwashe Makoni-Chakwana. Drawing from his Zimbabwean heritage, multi-year tenure living in Accra, Ghana and his avid love for Pan-Afro cuisine. Chef Kuda a Zimbabwean born American & CIA (Culinary Institute of America) alum brings a Contemporary Zimbabwean with global flair to this communal seating with a menu that’s not only tantalizing on the palate but will leave guaranteed lasting memories. You will definitely be talking at the table and after - days after!

This is more than just food, its experiential, immersive and storytelling around culinary history, heritage, culture and traditions. Ingredients directly from the source country and the bounty of South Africas rich and dynamic agricultural and sea bounty. We will be also collaborating with local South African food and drink purveyors including for this edition Moodys Treats (for baked goods) and pouring our favorite Kumusha Wines by Tinashe Nyamudoka.
