This year we meet at the Miami Convention Center closing out the exclusive 2 day preview with an intimate gathering of 24 guests experiencing culture, tradition, history and storytelling through a multi-course communal menu. From Zimbabwe to Algeria, Tanzania to Sierra Leone the continent of Africa and its unique, rich culinary landscape gets a spotlight through the gastronomic lens of our lead chef and founder Chef Kudakwashe Makoni-Chakwana.
